About the Recipe

Simmer pots are a great and easy way to make your home smell wonderful all day. Many people have sensitive and reactive airways to processed candles and wall plug-ins filled with artificial ingredients. Simmer pots are a safe and holistic alternative. They're also a great way to reduce the toxic exposures in your home.


1 Florida Red Grapefruit

6 oz Cranberries

1 Tbsp Cloves

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Rosemary

Large Pot of Water


  1. Fill 1 large pot 3/4 of the way full with water.

  2. Slice 1 Florida Red Grapefruit

  3. Add 6 oz cranberries, Florida red grapefruit, 1 Tbsp cloves, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp rosemary to the pot.

  4. Use low-medium heat to bring the water to a simmer.

  5. Add additoinal water to the pot to enjoy the fragrance throughout the day.
